The Legends are still doing what the Legends do; They have decided that the school down at the pig pen is now to be known as BIG AND SLOW....

They also caught a little ringside action at a recent CWA fundraiser. This was their first independent CWA event and they are already making plans for the next one in Hot Springs. Furf sent in a 35-minute recap, and both legends sent pictures. These have been combined in the video below. In the interest of time, PEFCA has edited the report to around 13 minutes of the most electrifying things that occured. Sounds like the legends put on a show of their own, so you might see them in future CWA advertisements in the near future.....

Furf wasted no time in making his Super Bowl pick; here's his message immediately after the last game Sunday:

As the Super Bowl closes in, PEFCA has received a message from a former MFSL challenger and champion. The MFSL provided many electrifying competitions, and many characters. PEFCA and The Legends have moved on now, but here is a message from a wannabe legend still trying to capture the thrill of a couple of lucky shots in SuperPicks action. Here is his message:

This has gone far too long. I understand I took over the Moe and Furf League. Won year after year every year. Does this mean I get ousted and removed from information regarding picks and competitions. I'm nowhere to be found on the entire site. How in the world do the Patriots get left off of the NFL homepage. If they wanted to kick me out thats fine, I get it but at least let me know im being ousted for WINNING.

Didn't take Moe long to respond:

Hes all talk don't sing it bring it I'm picking the eagles to by two scores lynch don't know a hole ground he don't know who he is missing with the legends going kick his butt all over the field

A familiar sight to members of Moe & Furf Nation: The Legends once again make the call and predict the Super Bowl Champion....

It took about 5 minutes after the Super Bowl ended for Moe and Furf to send a message for Lynch to PEFCA:

Moe went on Facebook live last week while filming a ball game and was doing play-by-play....... Does this mean that Furf is going to quit talking and now Moe is taking over as the Mouth of the Mustangs? Stay tuned....

PEFCA and MF Entertainment would like to congratulate the winners of the 2nd Annual Moe & Furf Spirit Award. Here are the winners with the Living Legends themselves:

The 2019 season of Perry County Sports Entertainment began today with Furf-Day. The season is not underway until Furf's first address to the fans, and today it came. PEFCA Central delayed posting a Furfday announcement until the afternoon, in a Furf-inspired Human Chess Move.

Moe has laid out the challenge to bring back Moe and Furf Madness in 2018. We'll see if anybody's got the guts to walk that aisle, and, if there are any takers, PEFCA will host the challenge. Stay tuned for details and check the 2018 Moe & Furf Madness page for updates.

Years after their legendary feats in Perryville, on TV, and worldwide via the internet, people still seek them in every town and every setting. Here is yet another example. The CWA ran down The Legends for their opinions about CWA Wrestling at an event in Maumelle a few weeks ago....

Moe and Furf's next CWA experience is coming soon, as they will be on the road to Hot Springs for another CWA event which could turn out to be one of the most electrifying encounters in Moe & Furf Entertainment History. The Legends are anticipating, and have secured VIP and "meet and greet" passes for, a meeting with the legendary 16-time Heavyweight Champion Ric Flair. No one really knows what to expect at this Clash of The Legends, but it is definitely more than the CWA is ready for....

It's been a couple of months since the last report. It's been business as usual for the Legends, with a lot of games won and lost. Moe laid out a challenge, and as a result the Moe & Furf Superpicks League went back in business after intending to end all challenges. After a full year of no challenges of any kind, we brought back Moe & Furf Madness and had a Wrestlemania Challenge as well. Currently the Moe and Furf NBA Challenge is underway. After years of Frustration, Dustin "DC-77" Caudell won both the Superbracket and Wrestlemania Titles, his first two major titles in..... well... FOREVER....

But the reason we have chosen to add a news update is because Moe has made what could be his most extreme move EVER. Moe, a Legend of few words, doesn't talk a lot, and PEFCA Central hasn't asked him any details about his move. There will be details at the right time, but for now we will just give you a look at the move itself, as reported on Facebook. Stay tuned for details later.....

Moe and Furf made it back from Saturday's Wrestle Raise in Hot Springs, and the legends have sent in some pictures and autographs. Ric Flair's people claim he had the flu and could not attend, but we wonder if he just didn't want to be upstaged by the Legends. There were some notable classic wrestlers that showed up, however, and apparently at some time during the night Furf picked up the name, " MR SATURDAY NIGHT."

Furf reported on his attempts to win some memorabilia at the auction they had:

Hey ,hey just sent in pictures and reports from Saturday Wrestling! Also I didn’t add or say this in report but they had a silent auction at intermission to bid on a 10 lb real world title I held it heavy but I bid on a seat from the Mid South Coliseum but it wasn’t meant for me on that night got out bid by 5 dollars I’m a big timer now was told that by management but my bid of 550.00 didn’t get the job done but got respect for the bid I put up was blessed. Was reised for Special Olympic Arkansas was happy to help raise the price up to help in my part!!!!! Thanks again enjoy reading and looking at the great pics!!! Furf

Let's get caught up..... Not much to report on the Legends over the summer. PEFCA has received an occasional message from Moe, but not much news. Furf had a tangle with a tree he was cutting down, and spent a couple of weeks in the hospital with broken ribs and all kinds of cuts, gouges and bruises. Furf has been recuperating the last couple of months, and PEFCA received his first two messages. That can only mean one thing......

TIME FOR MUSTANG FOOTBALL!

Moe says he's starting out his 32nd year, and he's breaking in yet another new football coach. Furf is questioning whether or not it's actually 32 years. Don Watts says that PEBCA can verify it, but PEFCA can't recognize that until it is verified by Larry Wilson, who is the authority on Moe's service, as he was there when Moe started. We're waiting to hear from him

All right, you're caught up enough; With football practice underway, it's just a matter of time before the legends crank up the sports entertainment machine for Moe and Furf Nation... STAY TUNED!!!

Moe and Furf have already mad etheir first television appearance of the school year, and the first football game hasn't even started yet. KARK's Susanne Brunner and DJ Williams stopped at Sonic as part of their road trip across the state, and showed some highlights of their trips. Any highlight video is bound to have a shot or two of the Legends. They included a shot of Susanne shaking Furf's hand, and showed DJ putting on the Razorback cap given to him by Moe. Moe reported that DJ was wearing the cap on their 5:00 news cast. Furf has stated that he is somewhat ticked off at the Hooten boys. PEFCA suspects that Furf has jumped onto the TV screen to send a message to the Hootens that he doesn't need them for television coverage..... As the 20th Anniversary of the first Moe vs Furf Super Bowl and post-game interview, it looks like the Legends are getting ready to electrify Perry County Sports Entertainment again...

The Legends have sent their predictions in to PEFCA. Moe sent his yesterday and Furf called his in today:

MOE SAYS:

Arkansas 8-4 Perryville 6-4

FURF SAYS:

A whole lot more. He says if Arkansas doesn't win their first 3 games, he guarantees they won't make it to a bowl game. If they do, he guarantees they will make it to a bowl.

Arkansas 7-5 or 6-6 Perryville 5-5 or 6-4

Furf has also predicted the scores of every Perryville game. In true Furf style, as he did last year, they are sealed in an envelope that he will not open until Homecoming week.

It's Perry County Championship week, and The Legends are looking forward to coming back from the PigPen with the trophy. Furf has sent in some comments about BigandSlow and a few other things, including some comments about Lynch and his making a request for comments from Furf:

After listening to The Furf Report, Lych sent two messages to PEFCA Central. Does he finally know his role, or is this just a suck-up job and Lynch is planning to take on Furf in a match of human chess?

1st message:

I get called out first thing... does he not remember I won the LAST challenge which was the NBA challenge and hold the national record for wins at a whopping 78% win rate?

2nd message:

My response... while some question the validity of the records of Furf I have no doubt in my mind he is one of the biggest legends in the state... his name is known around the state from border to border. I know without a shadow of a doubt that Moe and Furf being on ones side is at least worth 8-10 points. My prediction is Perryville 34 Bigelow 14... I wish the best for Moe and Furf Friday and hope the mustangs send home Furf happy on his birthday. Then Saturday one thing all of pefca can come together on is rooting on the hogs!!! Anyone who thought Furf's Tangle With A Tree in May would slow him down or shut his mouth has no clue about what Furf is made of. After sending in his Furf Report, The Legend called in and left a couple of short messages in which he has a few things to say about the Hooten Boys, and he has identified the first potential DEGENERATE of the season, who happens to be from ATKINS.....

Furf has been looking at old documents and has recalculated. According to Furf, tonight's Jr High game will be his 192nd consecutive junior high game without missing a game.

Friday's Sr High trip to Bigelow will be his 275th consecutive game. Here is his final calculation sheet...

It's been a quiet week in MF nation. Furf Day on Saturday just wasn't the same after the Mustang loss at the Pig Pen.

All of MF Nation joins in thoughts and prayers for Furf and his family following the death of his uncle, Damon Martin.

Today is the birthday of one of the founding fathers of PEFCA. Jeff Magie was an active participant in the first officially sanctioned challenge between Moe and Furf. Super Bowl I was not captured on video, but it marked the beginning of Perry County Sports Entertainment SuperSports. Jeff Magie also was the quarterback for the first Moe vs Furf challenge captured on video, Super Bowl II.

It's been a quiet past 3 weeks in MF Nation. The football Mustangs have had a couple of rough weeks, and there's been no word from Moe or Furf.

WELL THAT ENDED LATE LAST NIGHT!

After several weeks of silence, a joint challenge was thrown out Friday by the Legends to bring back the Moe and Furf Bowl Challenge.

If there are enough challengers who want to take them on and be an active participant in the most legendary challenge in sports entertainment, this will happen....

Furf has been in the press box and on the field every Friday night for an astounding 300 consecutive Perryville Mustang football games. He's been given a lot of nicknames over the years, but the one he has truly earned with his own personal commitment, blood, sweat and years is the title of...

Since the last post here an era has passed. If Moe is telling the truth, the end of the Mustang football season brings the end of Moe's history of service to the football program. The lives of so many administrators, coaches, teachers, students, parents, and anyone else who have been around, have been forever touched and inspired by Moe's dedication and pride over the years. Well done and thank you Moe:

The Final Moe & Furf Bowl is underway! After years of the event, it is fitting that the last MF Bowl take place in Moe's last year of service to PHS athletics. Hundreds of challengers have tried and failed to remove the Legends from their lofty status, and as the entry period closes, it appears that there will be eleven contestants in this historic event. PEFCA Central has not determined the identity of two of the challengers, but we have included them. In the history of the Moe & Furf Superpicks League there has always been an unknown factor, and the Final MF Bowl will be no different.

Since PEFCA has been posting news on the MF Nation page for the past few moths, we thought we'd get you up to date with the major events of the past few weeks here on the official page.....

The last Moe & Furf Bowl came down to FURF, who was leading the field, and LYNCH. Furf had Clemson and Lynch has LSU, won ended up victorious, givingBrandon Lynch as the 2019-2020 Moe & Furf Bowl Champ.

The COVID-19 shutdown and cancellation of NCAA March Madness shut the the chance for a final Moe & Furf Madness in 2020. THis web site posted some of the greatest videos in the MF Triple Threat DVD SET to give MF Nation something to watch.

When schools were closed and high school sports were cancelled for the year, it pushed Moe into an early retirement. He had said all along that this was his last year, and just a few days ago he verified that he is now officially retired. While it seems logical that Moe, a man of few words, would exit the sports entertainment stage quietly, but we have a feeling that MF Nation will have a bigger sendoff for the Legend in the future....
